In the beginning of 2018 I made the decision that I had to change my circumstances in order to improve my families life. Like most, a stream of bad financial decisions were dramatically affecting mine and my families life. I was tired of borrowing money and living paycheck to paycheck.

When I first walked into John Pytte's office I was greates warmly and not looked down on by any of the staff. They took great care to fully understand my financial situation and apply the best method to assist me dig my way out. By the time I spoke with John he was fully aware of all the details and walked me through the process in a way I would understand.

I have been with John Pytte for 8 months and I can say from experience that he is a man of his word and stands by his clients to overcome any obstacles that may present themselves. Still to this day his staff treat me just as good as the day I walked in.

Making the decision to file bankruptcy was not an easy one to make. I had reached a low point financially and it was crippling me from being able to make good choices about how to take steps in a positive direction to recover from the financial disaster I had gotten myself into.

My first interaction with Mr. Pytte's office was with Lori. She was AMAZING! She was welcoming, nurturing and made me feel completely at ease. I knew after meeting with her that I was not a bad person nor had any reason to feel ashamed at my situation.

Since my initial filing in 2014 I have learned to be far more budget mindful. I have hard limits that I learned I CAN and do stick to. It was not always easy especially in the first two years after filing. I ended up almost having my case dismissed for a missed payment but Lori and Mr. Pytte both were right there for me EVERY step of the way helping me get back on track. They never once abandoned me and I always felt like the door was always open no matter what.

My life is significantly different today than it was 5 years ago. I can say with full confidence that with the help of Mr. Pytte and Lori that I learned to be more conscious and responsible about the choices I make. Today I am licensed insurance agent with a new career that is, so far, successful and getting better every day. I owe the positive changes and courage I got from the support at their office to Mr. Pytte and Lori because they treated me like a friend not just another client with an account number. They treated me like I mattered and showed me that they cared about the success of my case.

My bankruptcy was discharged July 2019!! I have to tell you that I was so excited about it! I am STILL excited to be able to say "I did it!" And I learned that I can continue to be financially smart and not get myself into trouble again!

It feels so good to have reached the discharge day!! But I will tell you something else, something that feels EVEN better!! I got a refund from overpayment about 2 weeks ago. That refund check is STILL in my purse! That I have not had to deposit it yet has made me feel SO amazing because I have learned how to save and budget and be more mindful that despite the fact that the refund is still a decent amount, I don't HAVE to have it today to get by.

The feeling of independence that I have been able to achieve is something everyone should strive for. And if you need help getting over that rough period in your life, you MUST call on John Pytte's office and let him help you. You will not regret it. It will be the first step you make and the best decision that will help you move towards financial recovery and on to a better more secure life.

Filing a bankruptcy is never a easy decision to make. When I filed, it was to get my student loans deferred simply because I was out of options. I had used all of my extensions the student loan company had to offer. I bought myself three years of time until I was stable enough to start paying them back, which is way better than a garnishment of 25% of your check. The staff at the Pytte firm is very friendly, and they try their best to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Any and all questions have always been answered throughly. Awesome attorney, I would only go to this Law Firm. :)

Mr. Pytte and staff have been completely helpful with my Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. They have found ways to help pay and keep all your possessions. Great atmosphere and personalities.
